Inspectors Qualification
The inspector at One Source Home Inspections has been performing quality home inspections and adjustments for over 15 years and has been involved in the construction industry for over 45 years.
In addition to the inspector's practical experience, the inspector completed formal classroom training on residential and commercial building inspections, asbestos and mold sampling and remediation, and infrared thermography evaluations.
The inspector is required to attend at least 16 classroom hours of formal training per year.
